The Client, having recently purchased this Victorian property, was keen to modernise and simplify the internal spaces, whilst provide additional ground floor accommodation to the rear.
The Brief was to create open plan living space which moved away from the typical cellular rooms that existed within the main house. The main elevation to the new extension was designed to take advantage to the excellent views towards the neighbouring Golf Course and out to the expansive rear garden. A clean simple form utilising an uncomplicated palette of materials met the Client's design and budget aspirations
