Information: architecture gh are working closely with the Client to review options for extending the current house accommodation to provide new informal living space opening up to the rear garden, whilst providing additional bedroom space.

We are investigating two possible solutions, the first a single storey extension, and the second, a two storey extension, which could be phased to be built in two separate stages. Both will be cost analysed to ensure the budget aspirations are met. The single storey option has been redesigned and Planning Approval received.
