Information: Our Client was keen to rationalise their flat to provide a dedicated kitchen/dining space. The flat was somewhat over-complicated with small cupboard spaces being used as a cooking area, or store rooms. We proposed a number of design options ultimately simplifying the plan by moving the bathroom into the hall recess thus freeing up the space for a good sized kitchen/dining.

The Client is pushing on with building work and we are pleased they are very happy with the final design proposal.
