The proposal also endeavours to maximise views to the rear garden whilst capturing as much daylight as possible.</p><p>The Client is keen to minimise the loss of distinct internal character of the existing house, therefore we have created new spaces that have minimal intrusion on the house. The 3d model images to the right investigate the internal spaces created, as it was important to maintain the sense of scale and light that currently exists.
