Information:The Client having purchased a unique single storey timber kit house, was looking to extend their living accommodation, whilst rationalising the existing internal layout.
The structural nature of the existing premises did not lend itself to extend upwards therefore we have looked at two options of either bridging over the existing house with a steel structure, or creating an extension to the side of the house.
