Initial Meeting and Fees

As each project has a different level of design input dependant on each Client's needs, we would suggest that an initial meeting take place to view your project. Our initial consultation meeting is free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed.

This consultation this will give us a greater insight into the level of service you require and your project aspirations. We will follow this meeting will our fully descriptive Fee and Services letter. Our fees are spread throughout the duration of your project and are related to the design stages stated in the RIAS Client Guidance Documents (The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland).
